Mr. Ajay Gangwal (Head of Research)
Ajay Gangwal is a fellow Charted Accountant with more than 41 years of extensive experience in fields of financial/commercial operations, accounting, auditing, internal controls/ and compliances of large public limited companies. As a part of senior leadership team he is involved in various important areas. Prior joining he had worked in listed companies including Birla Group companies for 34 years in Senior position and 3 years in Kotak group company.
Mr. Priyanshu Maheshwari (Research Analyst)
Priyanshu Maheshwari holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and has cleared the CA Intermediate level. With prior experience as a Research Analyst at Morningstar, where he was part of the Sustainable Research team, Priyanshu brings a solid foundation in research and analysis. Over the past 21 months at Holani Capital Advisors LLP, he has played a critical role in conducting equity research, analysis, and valuation for potential investments. Additionally, he was instrumental in the creation of the Holani Venture Capital Fund, a Category 1 AIF having a corpus of ₹300 crores with a green shoe option of 100crores .
